WARRANTY POLICY

1. The following cases are covered by warranty:

1. The product is still under warranty according to the manufacturer's regulations.

2. All seals, labels, serial numbers, and valid invoices/warranty slips are complete.

3. Errors arise from the manufacturer or within the scope of SkyLiving's commitments.

2. The following cases are not covered by warranty:

1. The product is past its warranty period.

2. Damage caused by the customer using the product incorrectly, improper installation/maintenance, or failure to comply with operating conditions.

External impacts causing damage such as: scratches, deformation, cracks, mold, corrosion, fire and explosion, effects from temperature, humidity, and unsuitable storage environment.

Damage caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, fires, lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, or other objective factors.

The customer disassembles, repairs, or replaces components at facilities not authorized by SkyLiving/manufacturer.

No valid documents/invoices from SkyLiving.

Any damage determined to arise from the customer's subjective fault during the use, storage, or transportation of the product.
