PAYMENT POLICY

1. Scope of Application

- This Policy applies to all orders purchased at SkyLiving, whether you shop online through our website, place an order by phone, or buy directly at our official stores/authorized dealers.


2. Payment Methods

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- You may pay in cash directly to the delivery staff after checking the product.

- In case delivery is requested to an address different from the registered one, you must make full payment in advance.

b. Online Payment via Payment Gateway

- SkyLiving provides multiple options:

  • Domestic ATM cards (with Internet Banking enabled).
  • International credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB).

- You make the payment directly through the website’s secure payment system upon completing your order.

- SkyLiving’s payment system complies with PCI DSS security standards to ensure the safety of card data and personal information.

c. Bank Transfer

- You may pay via bank transfer at a transaction counter/ATM or through Internet Banking.

- Bank account details (account name, account number, bank name) will be displayed upon order confirmation.

- When making the transfer, please specify the following in the payment description:

“Customer name – Phone number – Order number – Payment details”.

- After completing the transfer, please notify SkyLiving via hotline/email for reconciliation.

- Transaction confirmation time:

  • Same bank: within 30 minutes.
  • Different bank: within 24 hours.
  • If confirmation has not been received within this timeframe, you should contact us for timely support.​


3. General Payment Provisions


- You are responsible for providing accurate information when making payments and keeping invoices/receipts (bank statements, payment slips, confirmation emails) for verification.

- SkyLiving shall not be held responsible for delays or lost orders arising from inaccurate or incomplete payment information provided by you.

- For certain special orders (high-value, pre-order, or delivery to remote areas), SkyLiving reserves the right to require full or partial advance payment.

- Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways (if applicable) shall be borne by you.


4. Payment Security

- Your payment information is encrypted and processed through internationally certified security systems.

- SkyLiving commits not to store, disclose, or share your card/account information with any third party, except for authorized payment partners and competent authorities as required by law.


5. Rights and Obligations

SkyLiving:

- Provide complete information and instructions for accurate payment.

- Ensure the security of the payment system.

- Confirm transactions and orders within the stipulated timeframe.

➤ Customers:

- Make payments according to the chosen method and within the required timeframe.

- Proactively notify SkyLiving after bank transfers for confirmation.

- Be responsible for the legality of the funds and payment information provided.
